http://www.royalpolaris.comFinally! Maintenance is done and we have departed on the annual family trip; they bought the Hostess brand of snacks this year, so everyone is happy. Our first stop was made at the bait docs. We got a great load of live sardines and mackerel.
After a lunch of the biggest pastrami sandwiches the world has ever seen, we sat through Roy’s riveting safety seminar (The only dangerous thing on this trip is how long Roy’s hair is getting).
We’re headed south, hoping for mass quantities of Yellowtail, Yellowfin, and whatever else bites. What everyone is really hooked on, however, are the priceless, plastic Royal Polaris cups used for the unlimited soda fountain. There’s not much else to report, for today is just for travelling. This report has been brought to you by the more important of the Rose offspring and Rosalie.
P.S. shout out to the homies at home (CJ and Rich)

The last day of prep was spent putting hooks on, setting drags, and doing the final touches needed to be ready for these giants.......
