Bridgeport was off the hook for several anglers this week with lots of fish showing and some up to almost 5 pounds. The shore fishing was still pretty slow, the trolling anglers hit a few fish but the bait anglers who were out in boats are the ones who did the best. The best baits were mice tails with some fish being caught on inflated crawlers and a few on power bait. The anglers who did the best were fishing in 6 to 8 feet of water off of the cut banks near Rainbow Point.
