Stripers are being caught from Whiskey Slough and Empire Cut on fresh shad or bluegill. Stripers range from 4 to 6 pounds. There are catfish in the same spots, as has Mossdale. Tracy Boulevard has been productive for bass and bluegill. H&R Bait (209) 463-1938
