Trinity River gets another surge

River flow increased to 3,300 cfs on Tuesday to send another surge of fresh, cold water downstream. The flow is being tapered back, but give the upper river time to recover. Drift boat anglers get fish, shore anglers don’t because they can’t access spots due to higher water. Trinity Outdoors (530) 623-4999
