Trout bite is good. Ken Clark of L.A. caught a 6.12 pound trout from Lake Mamie with a red/gold Thomas Bouyant. Bob Smith of Montebello landed an 8.4 pounder from Lake Mary on a copper Thomas Bouyant. Big rainbows were planted last Friday. Trout are holding in the deeper water and very few are fishing.
