Unless you have a boat, it is tough to fish the McK with winter closures in effect??on the river in??Willamette National Forest.?? However, fishing can still be good for trout downstrem from Blue River.
Winter steelies are beginning to show up below Leaburg Dam. ??It's still alittle early for this smaller run but things should pick up as the month wears on.??
