Small spinners, PowerBait and tiny flies have been taking stocked rainbows at the urban ponds. Fishing has sometimes been sporadic; patience is the key to reeling in some pan-size fish. For hardware try Panther Martins, Mepp's spinners or Super Dupers. Fly anglers have found success with Copper Johns, Pheasant Tails and bead-head Hares Ears in size 18.
