Fishing for stocked rainbows has been good at the urban ponds. Fish that had been reluctant to bite are now taking prepared baits, spinners, lures and flies. Fly patterns include olive Woolly Buggers, Pistol Petes and Prince Nymphs. The fish seem to be keying in on flashy materials.
