Hello everyone; Well all good things must come to an end, and Hurricane is changing. The signs are not the same, not that many fish showing and more sharks. We scratched most of the day, with our Wahoo count improving from the past few days, but our Yellowfin count was down some.

A smaller grade of fish moved on the bank today. Most of the fish were in the 40 to 60 pound grade, but we did have a handful of 120 to 170 pound fish.

With our time winding down, the decision was made to move back to Clarion. At 18:00 hours, we pulled the anchor and we are on our way to Clarion. Jonathan fells that we can make a better catch on larger Yellowfin at the island, so Clarion here we come.

Weather continues to be excellent, with overcast skies, flat seas, and 5 to 8 knots of breeze out of the northeast. Jerry’s big fish jackpot goes to Kirk McCoy, with a 171.5 pound Yellowfin fish tuna, the crew is calling Kirk the 170 man.

Kirk has landed a handful of Yellowfin in the 170 to 185 pound range. So with that note, we will report back to you tomorrow.
