Report Date:
https://tomloe.com/Flows are beginning to slow down as the run-off has peaked. Currently at 190cfs. The bite has been slow due to the warm temps. Aquatic weeds have once again become a negative factor imparing anglers wishing to nymph there channel. Heavily weighted nymph rigs, and aggressive wading in fast water are needed to get into some quality fish. Numbers remain low. Strong caddis, midge, mayfly, & damsel fly hatches are going off. Water conditions are fine, with clarity and weeds not an issue. Try larger Assassins, FB PT’s. and damsel nymphs. Hi-vis caddis, and parachute mayfly patterns good for surface action. Lob some damsel nymph streamers for a shot at bad LeRoy brown during low light periods. Flows are moderate at 230cfs.
