Some of the better reports we've been getting have been from the ranch this past week, there's pretty good numbers of both rainbows and browns hanging out on the ranch property. This could be due to better water quality or the lack of pressure, either way it's not a bad choice of water. The same patterns that are hitting on the rest of the river should be your go-to flies for the ranch as well.
