The daily limit remains at 7, with no more than 2 mallard hens, 2 pintail, 2 canvasback and 3 scaup. The Central Valley can expect to see at least 7 million wintering ducks this season. Did I ever tell you that the month of October is my most favorite month of the entire year? I like October the most because of all of pretty leaves on trees announcing that fall is coming.
