Bridgeport has probably been one of the better waters going lately, the trolling has been good with rapalas, speedy shiners and crawlers. Bait fishing from boats as well as the shore down near the dam has also been pretty good with inflated crawlers topping the list of baits. Most of the fish being caught are in the 1 to 3 pound range with a few here and there pushing close to 5 pounds. You can still launch boats down at the “Bathtub” ramp even with the lower water.
