Captain Matt Rossi checked in with an update from tne New Salmon Queen out of Emeryville, CA.  Today the New Salmon Queen was finally back out on the big ocean today in search of salmon. We found them! At one point we had four salmon hooked at once and we had multiple double hookups. All the hooked fish did not make it in the box but it was sure fun! We ended the day we 13 salmon for 13 guys. The fish ranged from just a few inches over the keeper size to 23 pounds. It was a great day! The salmon season will remain open until October 31st.
