http://www.KensSport.comThe East is running about 805 cfs right now. We have had a few anglers having some luck down there but keep in mind it’s very difficult fishing at this flow. If you’re going to give it a try the Miracle Mile section is probably the best stretch to be on . The success stories we’ve heard have been mainly on lures with the exception of one good report nymphing. Heavy line/tippets will be in order as the fish are pretty tough and even tougher with the current in their favor. Be cautious wading if you wade at all. Rapalas, kastmasters and large Panther Martins are good lures to try, for flies try large streamers like double bunnies, sculpzillas, zuddlers and zonkers, and for nymphs try hare’s ears, stoneflies and prince nymphs.
