http://www.royalpolaris.comHello everyone;
We arrived to Clarion at 06:35, and the weather is just beautiful. Flat seas, clear skies, and all the sunshine you could want. It is almost to perfect.
We started looking for schools off the island and we found our first school around 10:00 hours. The life off the island is just outstanding. Lots of birds, bait, and even a few turtles. We scratched away most of the day, with most of the fish in the 150 to 180 pound catogory. We had two fish over the two-hundred pound mark. Jack Gruschus caught his third 200 pound Yellowfin of the trip. Other noticeable anglers were Brandon Kreutel with a 188 pound Yellowfin tuna, John Sturdivant with a 186 pound Yellowfin tuna, and Kathy Rounds with a 202 pound Yellowfin tuna. Also Kathy would like to says thanks to Katie and Kristen for the wonderful cards.
We are hoping for another good day tomorrow, so wish us luck. The R/p crew.

We just couldn't take it any more. With the Sharks being hungry, and the Yellowfin not cooperating, it was time to make the move. We are now headed to Clarion Island. We did catch a few Yellowfin, that we could get through the Sharks. Lucky angler......
