WEEK ENDING: 8-6-17                              WATER TEMPERATURE: 84

Early morning hours there are a few breaking fish in open water. These fish have been difficult to catch, your better off concentrating your efforts in 25' to 40' with Texas rigs, jigs, and drop shotted worms. Most of the largies have been 1.5 lbs to 2.5 lbs with the occasional 4 or 5lber coming in. Hand size bluegill are still on tap, with a 1/2 a 'crawler and a split shot the best way to get the panfish. Other than a few red ear mixed in with the 'gills all other species were no- shows last week.

The Bass fishing has been good with fish up to 2 pounds.

The Bluegill has been good with fish up to 0.33 pounds.
