Today was our last fishing day of our trip and it did not disappoint. We spent the morning inshore and had a blast. We picked up one nice halibut and had a wide open calico bass bite. The bass were doing back flips in the chum and it was a great visual display. This was an especially fun bite as this fish was biting the surface iron and the swim baits really good. To go along with a super fun morning, we had beautiful weather. A great way to end a great trip. Our last nights dinner was a bacon wrapped, blue cheese crusted fillet mignon, lobster over mac n cheese, and broccoli paired with a 2007 Bearstone Cabernt Sauvignon. Epic. A special thank you to Doug Delany for making this years Doug's Wine and Fun Times 8 day trip so special. We can't wait for next year. And thank you to everyone that enjoyed these last 8 days with us, it was a great group of anglers. We are back out on another 8 day trio tomorrow. Captain Bill Cavanaugh and the Intrepid Team
