The East is down to 159 cfs right now and is fishing pretty well. Most of the action seems to be on streamers though there is still some good nymphing going on, no dry action that we’ve heard. Both the California and Nevada sides are fishing about the same though there is usually a bit less pressure on the Nevada side. There are lots of nice rainbows showing in the upper mile section and mostly browns on the lower section between the bridge and Murphy’s Pond as well as in Nevada. Patterns to try: dead drift crayfish, zuddler, moal leech, sculpzilla, jj special, silver streak, san juan worm, wd-40, pheasant tail, copper John, flashback emerger.
