The East is running at about 50 cfs right now and is still fishing very well! Most of the action is on nymphs though there are still some fish being caught on streamers. Haven’t heard much about dries lately. The pressure is pretty light and the weather is still fairly warm during the day so it’s a good time to hit the river. You don’t need to be on the water early this time of the year so you can sleep in, I’d recommend being on the water around 9 or 10 and fishing until around 4 or so. Patterns to try: copper john, micro mayfly, micro stone, flashback emerger, san juan worm, zebra midge, mini leech, seal bugger, moal leech, zuddler.
