While still an awful lot of billfish throughout the Cabo area, they remain stubborn and don't want to cooperate. High boat for the week was the "Gaviota V", reflecting 8 stripers released for 4 fishing days. The combined fishing reports for the Gaviota & Fish Cabo Fleets, reporting for a total of 47 fished days, reflected 38 stripers, (35 released) 42 yellowfin tuna and 8 dorado.

Cabo Climate: Mostly sunny and warm with temps that ranged from 73 nights to 95 daytime highs.

Sea Conditions: Cabo to San Jose Del Cabo reflected temps from 76-78. Water temps progressively got warmer the farther into the Sea of Cortez, with temps rising to 80-81 by Gorda Banks.

Best Fishing Area: There are 1-day hot spots that give up some fish but by the next day, they move into a different area and the boat has to search again.

Best Lure/Bait: Live bait has been a must, albeit, a few fish are being taken on the arttificials.

Live Bait Supply: Remains good this past week.
