Emigrant Reservoir has been stocked with legal-size rainbow trout. With the water getting warm, anglers targeting trout will have to fish deeper or fish early or late in the day.

Fishing for bass and other warmwater fish should be good. Look for these fish in the flooded willows and around other structure. The lake is currently 73 percent full.
