The summer is upon us! Fish were biting and being caught all around the lake this Father's Day weekend! Our rainbow trout are being caught off the shore as well as out on a boat trolling. They seem to love our garlic nightcrawlers. Crappie started biting again and are hiding out in the reeds. They are hitting very well on crappie jigs.

Large and Small Mouth Bass were really active this week. Trolling toward the east and near the Dam seemed to be the best places. Catfish finally are active again and being caught near the dam and the coves around the Marina. Mackerel has been a popular choice for the catfish as well as our Bloody Catfish Dough. We are at 40% capacity here at the lake with about 130 ft. of water at Bradbury Dam. The wind has been kicking up the past couple of days but has died down pretty quickly and didn't stop our fishermen. Visit our marina and talk with our friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sam, Jake Chris, Caleb, Hnery, Jospeh and Cory are always on hand to latest fishing information!
