Lake Selmac was stocked earlier this month with legal-size rainbow trout, and some of these trout are still available. The lake is pretty warm, so fishing will be best early or late in the day. Fishing for bass and other warmwater species has been good. Anglers are currently catching some very nice-sized bluegill. Lake Selmac has a lot of aquatic vegetation, so anglers will have to adjust their techniques and locations accordingly.
