Captain Jeff Jessop checked in this afternoon with an audio update from the Freedom out of 22nd Street Landing in San Pedro, CA. We are on our way back from an overnight trip. The morning was tough. However, this afternoon we had some great action. We had a light load of 11 anglers catch limits of White Seabass (25 to 35 pounds). We also had the jackpot Seabass weigh in around 45 pounds. In addition, we caught limits of Calico Bass. We had one nice Yellowtail and a handful of Barracuda.

We had very good fishing and are TANKED UP WITH SQUID for tonight’s trip!
