http://www.americananglersportfishing.comToday was just one of those days we all dream about when you come out on a Long Range trip. Things got hot and heavy right out of the gate, first came the Yellowfin and by the afternoon we picked at these nice Bluefin that are available now in our local waters. The photos are of Ms. Lee Ann, Jay and Maurice. We have another day to fish and we can only hope to do a little bit of what we did today.
To our good friend Joe Machado: Joe passed away early this morning from battling cancer for the last couple of years, and for those of you who don't know that name - Joe has been catching you live bait for the last several decades in Southern California waters. So the next time you go Sportfishing out of San Diego when go to the bait tank, catch a fish for Joe. We will miss him dearly and I'm sure there are plenty of Sardines in Heaven. Tomorrow is for you Joe. From all of us on the American Angler our prayers and love go out to Kim and your family.
Over and Out.
The guys
