On today's hunt finding them was not the issue as the daylight hours brought very good sign of 16-25lb yellowfin - it was just short lived when they decided to just stop biting. A few waves gave us decent action for awhile but just couldn't keep the ball rolling so we were thankful while it lasted. Unfortunately the clock's ticking and it was time to start rolling up and tonight we are swapping out our wahoo jigs for yellowtail lures in hopes of some yanking and cranking.

Hard work Without a doubt these guys deserve every fish that came over the rail today - it was another long hard working day, which mostly paid off in high dividends. More like it Arriving at our new destination mid morning we wasted no time and went straight to work. As we were focusing mainly in the skin department, it was flurry type fishing for most of the day and was never wide open but a patient persistent fisherman got the bites.
