Hello everyone; Well that saying goes, you never know. On our way north, we found a ball in the middle of our travels. It was first call for breakfast, when Eddie found a floating ball. As we pulled up to the ball, the sonar lite up, we started our drift and 8 hours later we started our way north again.
It was Yellowfin tuna, not just any schools size fish, these were in the 35 to 70 pound range, and a few fish did go over the 100 pound mark. We caught fish on the kite, sardine, and mackerel. It was something out of a story book ending.
Weather today was very good, with clear and sunny skies, and flat seas. We are now headed north again, trying to make it to the Bluefin grounds, to finish off our trip.
We should arrive to the area around 15:00 hours, so until tomorrow, good luck and good fishing. Team R/p.
