Not much changing since last week honestly. Fish are still gathered in Big Hilton along pelican point (lake is so full it's not much of a point now anyway) out deep on the west side of McGee in 30+ft of water and out deep outside of alligator point (35ft). I've been at Sandy Point for the last week or so, and it's been treating me well. Fish are anywhere from 19ft all the way out to 25ft and they're spread out. I've been getting there around 7, but there's not much need as the fish don't put on the feed bag til about 8:30. Been hanging my flies about 10-14" off the bottom. They'll eat red early, but it changes pretty fast. If they're not eating Red, try black, if they're not eating black try gray. If they're not eating any of those and you're marking fish on the fish finder, it's time to move if you've given it at least a half hour. Wind has been holding off, and we fished straight through 3 this afternoon. Big rainbows early in the morning through around 11, then some browns followed by some cutthroat later in the afternoon. All in all I'd say it doesn't get much better than it has been for the past week or two.
