Hello everyone;

We departed Fisherman’s landing at 10:00 hours on a 3 day open.  We made our first stop at the bait barge, and loaded up on beautiful Sardines.  Before departing the barge, Jeff gave a safety seminar and fishing seminar.  After all the guide lines of safety and fishing was done, the crew went to work getting everyone ready for an afternoon bite.  We made our first stop around 15:00 hours.

We had decent Bluefin under the boat, but the bite was just a good pick.  Most of the Bluefin were in the 30 to 45  pound range.  Once the bite slowed, it was time to find another one.  It took a few hours, but we found some biting Yellowfin tuna.  Most of the Yellowfin were in the 25 to 30 pound range.

We are now drifting and hoping for a night bite, but if that doesn’t happen, then we look forward to tomorrow morning.  So wish us luc, and we will keep you posted on our daily events.  Team R/p.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.

Hello everyone;  After a great trip, we are departing on our next day and a half trip.  With high hopes, and good reports from the boats down south we are looking forward to what the sunrise will bring.  On our last trip, we had limits of Bluefin tuna, a hand full of Yellowtail and Yellowfin tuna to top off the trip. Weather is just perfect, no wind, sunny and warm.  We are just drifting tonight, and it’s like being tied up......
