Scratch Fishing

We started our morning with really good action on 15 to 30# Yellowtail but it was short lived due to our current dying on us. Dropper loop style fishing with heavy gear was the ticket to getting the fish to the boat. We also fished Yellowfin again and we did not have similar results as the day prior. Lack of current made it very tough to get a bite. Fly lined bait with 25# test was key. During the heat of the day we scratched a few Wahoo and when the dust had settled we put together a respectable day. We are going to try a different area for our last few days. We will check in  later.
