Hello everyone; We arrived to our destination around 03:00 hours, and it didn’t take long for the Yellowfin and Yellowtail to start biting. Most of the Yellowfin were in the 12 to 18 pound range, with a few larger one’s, and the Yellowtail were in the 10 to 14 pound range, also a few larger one’s caught in the afternoon. But to our surprise, it was the Wahoo fishing. Almost everyone onboard caught a Wahoo today, with most Wahoo in the 30 to 40 pound range. We only have a few passengers that haven’t caught a Wahoo.
Weather today was just gorgeous, with flat seas, some fog, until the afternoon, then it was sunny and warm. We will try to fill that number tomorrow. We will fish this area until midnight, pull the anchor and head south and try there for Yellowfin and Wahoo. So wish us luck and we will keep you posted on our daily events. Team R/p
