Water Conditions: Fair-Good
Flows are back up to 58 cfs as of 10/23
Fishing conditions and Hatches: Good
Nighttime temperatures been in the 20's all week but they're about to crash. Midday air temperatures are expected to be in the 40's Monday climbing back into the 60's by mid week. Sunday night should drop into the single digits and even though it warms up some midweek I wouldn't be in a hurry to get on the water.
Both the mayflies and the midges are extremely small. Not a lot of surface activity, but early morning crane fly action can be good. Perch fry patterns should be working. The perch fly patterns can be stripped or dead drifted under an indicator. If under the indicator and you're not getting grabs, try lifting and dropping the indicator to give the streamer movement. A lot of smaller are getting caught there are plenty of big fish too.
