Hello everyone;
Well the good fishing has slowed down for us. The Yellowtail gave us some action today, but the Wahoo bite was completely off. So the Yellowtail was slow, and the Wahoo didn’t bite at all. The Yellowtail we did catch today were in the 15 to 18 pound range, that was one group of fish, and the other group of fish was in the 25 to 40 pound range. Beautiful fish, not a lot, but excellent grade .
Around 14:00 hours, Roy made the decision to move to the east. We looked for kelps until the sun went down, and the kelps didn’t even make a showing for us. The only good thing about today was the weather. The weather continues to get better and better each day. We had sunshine, 5 to 10 knots of breeze, and flat seas. We should arrive to our destination around 05:30 tomorrow morning. So until then wish us luck . Team R/p.
