Hello everyone; As 2021 continues to be a good year (so far) for fishing, we continue to have excellent Wahoo and Yellowfin tuna fishing. Our numbers have gone down a bit, but the quality has be very good. Most of the Yellowfin were in the 7o to 100 pound range, with the larger Yellowfin coming in on the kite.
The Wahoo fishing is good on the troll and the Raider jigs are producing most of the fish on the cast.
We departed the area at 18:00 hours, and we are headed north and will arrive to our next destination around 07:00 hours.
Weather continues to be excellent, with us traveling north, it’s a good ride up.
Not much more to report, but we would like to thank a few sponsor that help make this trip possible. Lead Master (finger tape, Fax Falls, Wahoo bombs, Hand Towels), Owner (6/0 hooks, bait catchers, Sun Visor hats, T-Shirts), Taka’s Tackle (Taka’s T-shirts, Joe Miller hats), Paul Boggs (line holder), Lloyd Henry (Rod & Reel), Ron Watanabe (Hats), Izorline (line), Joe Miller, and /Smitty Belts.
So until tomorrow, wish us luck. Team R/p.
