Fishing conditions and Hatches: Poor-Fair
Fishing has been fairly slow on the East Walker River but people are catching fish. The best window of activity has been mid-day through the early afternoon. Subsurface midge and mayfly patterns have been the most productive. Dead drifting streamers has been fairly productive. Focus your efforts on the slowest water you can find.
