Willow Beach shore anglers are catching 1- to 2-pound rainbow trout. Green glitter PowerBait is the bait of choice. Kayakers also are catching trout with Rooster Tails just south of the marina. The black bass bite is hot all over the lake. The fish are becoming increasingly aggressive as the spawn commences. Anglers are reporting hard hits on soft plastic worms and craws in green pumpkin.
