Bass Fishing Should Be Picking Up in Lower Empire Lake

Bass fishing should be picking up in Lower Empire Lake. Largemouth bass will be found around the edges of aquatic vegetation and submerged logs. Bluegill and crappies are becoming more active as the water temperature warms.

Trout anglers can still pick up a few trout in Upper Empire Lake. Anglers will have the best success fishing PowerBait near the bottom.
