The Reservoir had a little bit of a lull for a couple days then last Thursday it livened up again with reports coming in of boats getting into 10 to 20 fish per day, just a few browns showing up lately but lots of nice rainbows and the perch are really getting active as well. The rainbows have been running from around a pound to just over 6 pounds lately and the perch being caught have mostly been from about 1.5 pounds to 2.5 pounds! Trolling is still good with Rapalas, Thomas Bouyants, speedy shiners and night crawlers. Bait fishing over near Rainbow Point has still been good with pinched crawlers, garlic power bait, mice tails and inflated crawlers. The shore fishing hasn’t been as good as it was last week, there’s been a few fish caught from the shore that we know of but the action has been fairly slow from the shore.
