We are seeking Strong / clean cut Deckhands with Sportfishing experience and references.
This is a tough job with lots of customer service, fishing most of the day and sometimes at night too.
This is a job that requires fishing Skills, knot tying, fish handling, cleaning, lots, and lots of customer service. We require a pre-employment drug test, and our employees are in a random plan.
If you have good references, you’ll already understand the above.
Most of our trips are from 2.5 days to 4.5 days.
I prefer our crew to work 2 weeks on, 2 days off.
