The weather was much nicer this trip, but unfortunately the anchor fishing was quite a bit slower.  We worked at it most of the day, but it took a small hook, light line and a perfect bait in order to get a bite.  We did manage to keep a fish or two hooked most of the day.  We took off in the afternoon in search of bigger fish, and got a quick stop for a handful of fish in the 120-180# class on the flat fall and knife jigs.  When we returned this morning we had 44 bluefin tuna, 1 yellowfin tuna, a couple of nice yellows, and a few handfuls of assorted bottom grabbers.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 223-1627 to get in on the action.
