Trout and spring Chinook on tap for the weekend
In some locations it could be a banner year for spring hatchery trout fishing. Due to poor water conditions last year and a bleak outlook for the summer, several districts are changing their trout stocking plans. Foregoing summer stocking and stocking more trout this spring when water conditions are better. Check for updates in the zone reports.
