Fishing has been good to fair. A few nice rainbows coming out in the 2-4 lb class from anglers using power bait or mice tails.

The Carson City Host Lions Club will be hosting the Annual Kids’ Fishing Day at Baily Pond in Fuji Park on Saturday, May 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is free and provides a good opportunity to introduce kids under the age of 12 to fishing and conservation.
