PG&E will be performing maintenance on the bridge over Lake Britton Dam from April 18th through September 2nd. You will have to go around on Clark Creek Rd to the north, or access Pit 3 from Big Bend in the meantime.

Meanwhile, flows on Pit 3 remain high and will for the foreseeable future overtopping the dam. Flows below the Pit 4 dam and through Big Bend on Pit 5 are high, but doable in some places. If you want some fantastic fishing you should check out the Upper Sac or the McCloud in Ash Camp.
As always, the flows on the Pit can and will change without notice, so definitely check before you go! And be prepared to get out when the river begins to rise.
