Shammalammafishon fishin' with pals Mike & Deb Gregory!! Copper/red & copper/orange speedy shiners, copper/red Thomas Buoyant, got the most attention today 14-17 ft deep (3-4 colors leadcore). 2-2.8mph, 30-45ft of water after sunrise! 9 to the net, pick & choose & home for breakfast! Fishing has been outstanding!

Opening weekend is basically just around the corner. USFS lists campground as “tentative” opening 5/27 (see previous shared post from LNF). Ok long story short. Now, the lake elevation is about 16.5 inches lower than last year at the same time. USFS removed the courtesy dock in late June 2021 due to mud & possibly not being able to get it out further as lake elevations dropped & not being able to get it out.
