New Tackle recommendations
25 pound outfit for Yellowtail fishing
40 to 60 pound outfits to fish smaller Bluefin Tuna. Under 80 pounds
80 to 130 pound outfits for night time fishing and Sinker Rigs.
2/0 to 4/0 ringed hooks. No thin wire hooks
8 to 12oz Sinkers with rubberbands.
150 to 250 gram flatfall and knife jigs for day time fishing. Color doesn't matter right now. Change the stock hooks.
300 to 400 gram flatfall and knife jigs for night time fishing. Color doesn't matter right now. Change the stock hooks.

The Dolphin AM caught 100 Calico Bass released, 35 Calico Bass, 15 Rock Fish, 8 Sheep Head, 2 Sand Bass for 32 anglers.

The Dolphin PM caught 100 Calico Bass released, 55 Calico Bass, 7 Rock Fish, 6 Sheep Head, 2 Sand Bass for 38 anglers.

The Pacific Queen called in with limits of bluefin (64) for 32 anglers on a 1.5 day trip.

The Liberty called in with limits of bluefin (22) 20-40lbs. for their full day trip with 11 anglers.

The Islander called in with 24 Bluefin Tuna for 30 anglers on their 1.5 day trip.

The Pacific Queen called in with 51 Buefin Tuna (25 to 60 lbs) for 32 anglers on a 1.5 day trip.

The Dolphin 1/2 Day AM caught 75 Calico Bass Released, 39 Calico Bass, 15 Rockfish, 5 Sheephead, and 3 Sand Bass for 13 anglers. 

The Dolphin 1/2 Day PM caught 100 Calico Bass Released, 33 Calico Bass, 15 Rockfish, and 3 Sand Bass for 19 anglers. 

The Liberty called in with 13 Bluefin (30-40lbs) and 1 Yellowfin on their full day trip with 18 anglers.

The Pegasus returned this morning from their 1.5 day trip with LIMITS of Bluefin tuna and 1 Yellowfin Tuna for their nineteen anglers. The fish ranged from 30-140 pounds.

The Pacific Queen returned this morning with 35 Bluefin tunas in that 40 to 150 lbs. range with the majorty between 40 to 50 lbs. for their 31 anglers on a 1.5 day trip.

The Islander returned this morning with LIMITS (62) of Bluefin Tunas in the 40 to 180 lbs for their 31 anglers on a 1.5 day trip. 

The Tomahawk just returned this morning with LIMITS (14) of Bluefin tuna in that 30 to 50 lbs range with a few standouts in that 90 lbs range for their 7 anglers on a 1.5 day trip. They also reported seeing lots of sign and great weather.
