Wow, what a start. We arrived to the grounds around 19:00 hours, and it didn’t take long for us to get busy. We had excellent fishing on 40-80 Bluefin, with a few over 100 pound, and a couple fish over 200 pound fish, with the largest one going 222 pounds.
Once the sun came up, things got very slow for most of the day with only a handful of fishing being caught.
The hot ticket once again was the Eddie bomb. With the good weather the 12-16 ounce was the way to go.
We are back on the lookout once again. It’s 22:30 hours and we have 19 fish aboard for our efforts so far.
The vampire fishing is paying off once again. Weather is good, with 8-12 knots of breeze and calm seas.
Don’t know what Roy’s plans are, but it’s hard to leave fish to go find fish. Will try to post photos, but until tomorrow wish us luck. Team R/p

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 226-8092 to get in on the action.
