Winter steelhead are moving throughout the Siuslaw River. Fishing has been slow throughout the season but is starting to pick up again. The colder temps have made the Siuslaw challenging but conditions have remained fair.

The Whittaker Cr. drift will be the most productive into late March. There should be good opportunity in the lower river as conditions allow.

Trout fishing in streams will reopen on May 22.

Hyatt Lake: Hyatt has started to fill and is 18 percent full
Illinois River: River conditions should be good through the rest of the season
Lost Creek Lake: Lost Creek Lake Report
Rogue River- Lower: Current flow is around 3,900 cfs and temperature in the low-40s F
Rogue River- Upper: The release from Lost Creek Reservoir is in the 950 cfs vicinity
Willow Lake: The reservoir is 75 percent full
