Howard Prairie is at 31 percent full which is more than at this time last year.
Ice is still covering most of the reservoir, but high temperatures forecast for later this week might break that up. Many of the roads around the back side of the lake may still have snow on them and Jackson County park/campgrounds are closed due to snow. Stocking will be delayed due to snow, but we’ll give an update when we have one.
