With boat ramp access now open, Donner Lake has been doing okay for anglers looking to troll. Trolling for Lake Trout has been doing well in the deeper sections of Donner Lake. Shore anglers have access to multiple areas now that the snow is starting to recede more. The best shore fishing for anglers is near the boat ramp using powerbait or worms. Donner Lake is at 100% capacity.
